Our story

Heyoo started with a simple frustration. Marketing would write a post that everyone was expected to literally copy and paste. Only a small handful of thought leaders received something ‘tailored’. But even then, it remained a constant push and pull. Every post required manual coordination, alignment, and reminders. There was no system. No scalability.

We realized the problem wasn't the intention. It was the way employee advocacy was organized. Marketing needed structure. People needed autonomy. And those two seemed fundamentally at odds.

Yet every employee has a distinct voice. A unique perspective. Their own network. Most tools, however, treat people as distribution channels rather than individuals. The result is predictable: generic posts, low engagement, and little real impact.

With over 40 years of combined experience building and scaling software, we decided to rethink the system entirely. We built a platform that gives marketing the structure it needs, without taking authenticity away from the people behind the posts.
