When a campaign goes live, employees receive three personalised post suggestions. Employees can pick a suggestion, edit it if they want, or share it as-is. No blank page, no pressure.



Reminders and nudges
Heyoo sends automated notifications when campaigns launch, via Slack, Microsoft Teams or email. For larger campaigns, notifications can be staggered over several days to keep visibility steady and avoid everyone posting at once.
Peer engagement
Employees can see when colleagues have posted, either directly in Heyoo or through automated notifications in Slack or Microsoft Teams. From there, they can easily like or comment on posts on LinkedIn, creating social proof and encouraging participation.

Gamification and rewards
Heyoo tracks participation, posts and clicks and visualises them in a leaderboard. Teams can recognise top contributors, run friendly competitions or add rewards, helping turn posting into a regular habit.
