New in Heyoo:Personal Tone of Voice and Style Preferences

One of the biggest challenges in employee advocacy is making sure posts feel genuine. Colleagues are often keen to share company content, but not if it sounds too corporate or generic.
Authenticity is what makes a LinkedIn post stand out and spark real conversations.
To make this easier, Heyoo now includes Personal Tone of Voice and Text & Style Preferences. This feature gives employees the freedom to decide how they want their post suggestions to sound and look, while still connecting to the company's strategic direction.
What's new
Employees can now personalise their content experience in Heyoo by:
- Uploading up to three LinkedIn posts, either their own or examples they admire
- Receiving an automatic tone analysis that looks at structure, phrasing and layout
- Applying that tone to all future post suggestions so they sound natural and familiar
They can also fine-tune their preferences by choosing:
- How italics and bold text are used
- Whether posts should use em dashes, en dashes or simple hyphens
- Words or phrases they prefer to leave out
How it works in Heyoo

Here is how it works in practice:
- Upload up to three sample LinkedIn posts
- Heyoo analyses them to understand your personal tone and style
- Define your formatting and language preferences
- Receive three tailored post suggestions for each campaign, already matched to your voice
- Edit or fine-tune the text further if you like, then share it with confidence
The process keeps posts aligned with company themes, but always shaped around each employee's way of writing.
