New in Heyoo: Advanced LinkedIn Analytics

We have introduced a major upgrade to Analytics that brings LinkedIn employee advocacy and thought leadership performance together in one clear dashboard.
Instead of collecting data from individual employees, screenshots or spreadsheets, teams can now measure results directly in the same place where they create, coordinate and manage LinkedIn content.
Admins get a complete view of performance across the team, while individual members can see how their own LinkedIn posts are performing.
Why we built this
As more employees, leaders and subject matter experts start posting on LinkedIn, reporting typically becomes more complex.
Teams need to understand how much content is being published, how people engage with it and what the complete LinkedIn strategy is creating. Without one shared view, this often means asking employees for results, collecting screenshots or maintaining separate spreadsheets.
Advanced LinkedIn Analytics brings this information together in Heyoo.
It gives admins a clear view of team performance and makes it easier to measure results and communicate the value of LinkedIn employee advocacy internally. At the same time, employees and thought leaders get useful feedback on their own activity.
What’s new exactly?
You can now:
- See post impressions, engagement, engagement rate, link clicks, follower growth, profile views and earned media value across the team
- Track published posts, active contributors, reactions and comments
- Review posting activity over time and by weekday
- See team participation at a glance with average posts per person, top contributor share and inactive members
- Filter performance by employee group, individual user and post type
- Compare advocacy campaign posts with managed and personal posts
- Review performance per person and per post
- Give individual members access to their own Analytics view
How does this work in Heyoo?
Admins can open Analytics to see performance across the whole team.
The dashboard is split into three views: Overview, People and Posts. This makes it possible to move from the complete team picture to person level and post level results.
All metrics are retrieved through LinkedIn’s official API and LinkedIn’s own platform permissions, not browser plugins, scraping tools or unofficial workarounds. This means teams can measure LinkedIn performance across the whole team in a secure, reliable and compliant way.
Overview
The Overview shows post impressions, engagement, engagement rate, link clicks, followers gained, profile views, published posts, active contributors, earned media value, reactions and comments.
Admins can filter the dashboard by employee groups, such as departments, country teams or other groups set up in the workspace. They can also filter by individual users.
Advocacy campaign posts and managed or personal posts can be viewed separately. This makes it easier to understand how different parts of the LinkedIn strategy are performing.
The Overview also shows posting activity over time and posts by weekday, giving teams a clear picture of publishing consistency and peak posting days.
People
The People view shows performance per person.
Admins can compare contributors by posts published, engagement, impressions, engagement rate, followers gained and trend indication.
It also summarises team participation at a glance, with active users, average posts per person, top contributor share and the number of members who have been inactive in the last 14 days.
This makes participation visible across the team and helps admins understand how employee advocacy is developing across different groups.
Posts
The Posts view shows individual LinkedIn posts across the team.
Admins can review impressions, clicks, reactions and comments for each post. They can also filter the view by user to focus on specific contributors.
This makes it easier to understand which posts create results and how different topics, voices and content workflows perform.
Personal analytics for individual members
Advanced LinkedIn Analytics is built for admins and individual members alike.
Individual members also have their own Analytics tab in the left menu. They can see their personal impressions, engagement, engagement rate, link clicks, follower growth, profile views and earned media value, along with their posting activity and post level results.
This gives employees, leaders and subject matter experts useful feedback on their own LinkedIn activity, without giving them access to the full team dashboard.
Admins get the complete team view. Individual members get the insights that are relevant to their own posts.
Bringing measurement into the LinkedIn workflow
With Advanced LinkedIn Analytics, teams can measure employee advocacy and thought leadership performance in the same place where LinkedIn content is created and coordinated.
Admins can see results across the whole team, compare performance between groups and report on ROI internally. Employees and thought leaders can understand how their own posts are performing.
Measurement also changes behaviour. Heyoo’s Q2 2026 research, a cohort analysis of 25 workspaces over 90 days, found that companies tracking pipeline and revenue attribution back to employee LinkedIn activity see 42% more user activation in Heyoo. Activation here means the share of invited employees still publishing after their first 60 days, once attribution made the commercial results of their posts visible. When teams can see the progress and impact of their work, they keep posting instead of losing momentum.
